At Small Dog Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific item.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your authorized RMA label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as our team processes your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.
